The Process
How Every Booking Works
We believe transparency builds trust. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you request a quote to the moment your vehicle is delivered.
Submit Your Quote
Fill in our online form. We review your vehicle and route details and send a personalised itemised quote — typically within a few business hours.
Confirm & Sign
Accept the quote, sign the Service Agreement, and pay a deposit to lock in your collection date. Banking details and booking reference are included.
Vehicle Condition Report
Our driver arrives and completes a full VCR with you before loading — photographs, body diagram, odometer. You sign it and receive a copy on the spot.
In Transit
Your vehicle is GPS tracked throughout. We send a confirmation when it's loaded and contact you 2–4 hours before delivery so you can be ready.
Delivery & Sign-Off
Delivery VCR is completed and compared to the collection report. The receiving party signs off and the job is complete. Balance is settled on delivery.
